David Zbinden's '63.5 Galaxie

David Zbinden has had a great year with his black beauty 63 1/2 Galaxie.  He was awarded
trophies at the Portland Roadster Show, the Parkrose Cruise-in and others, but was most
proud of winnin the "Cool Cruiser" award at the Good Guys Pacific Northwest Nationals
held in Puyallup.  The former drag race car was purchased in 2000 and driven for a few
years a frame-off rebuild by brother Steve and master bodyman Terry Meier. Terry custom
fabricated the factory look instrument cluster above.  The car is powered by a 472 ci FE
stroker engine mated to a C-6 automatic.
